Regional products from local suppliers (e.g. farmers or fishermen), prepared technically clean but fancy; those are the standards our kitchen obeys to. No matter if vesper or gourmet menu - our chef devotedly composes every dish for our guests. And the service personnel is trained to recommed the corresponding wine from the area or a neat beer from the Privatbrauerei Waldhaus. Of course, we offer a comprehensive set of non-alcoholic drinks including a really good local mineral water from Lieler Schlossbrunnen from the black forest.

RESTAURANT IN THE HISTORIC WINE CELLAR

You can feel the historic atmosphere in the over 300 year old cellar vault. The elegant, stylistic interior (white linen, bright-red chargers and fancy silverware and glasses) and our chef´s artistic kitchen allow us to pamper both, your eyes and pallet.

GARDEN/TERRACE RESTAURANT

During the warm season, our guests can dine in our garden/terrace restaurant on the original cobblestone ground under the huge old lime tree with a direct view to the most beautiful house in Burkheim. Our tasteful teak wood seating further add to the experience.
