Directions
Burkheim is part of the City of Vogtsburg and located in the famous "Kaiserstuhl region".

Coming south (A5 – heading towards Basel):
- Take the exit Riegel,
- head towards Endingen,
- take a right in Königschaffhausen,
- in the periphery of Königschaffhausen take a left towards Leiselheim,
- after the railroad crossing turn left,
- continue approx. 1km towards Breisach,
- take the first right into Burkheim,
- at the Schwendi-Keller (on your right) keep slightly right
- continue through the historic city gate
- you made it … our „Siebter Himmel“ is the first house on your left directly after the small street on your left.
Coming north (A5 – heading towards Karlsruhe):
- Take the exit Bad Krozingen,
- take a left towards Breisach,
- approx. 1 km before Breisach take a right (towards Vogtsburg, Breisach, Badischer Winzerkeller),
- continue on this street for approx. 7 km,
- Burkheim is to your left
- at the Schwendi-Keller (on your right) keep slightly right
- continue through the historic city gate
- you made it … our „Siebter Himmel“ is the first house on your left directly after the small street on your left.
Railroad
The next main railroad station is in Breisach. Between this railroad station and Burkheim public bus service is provided.
The Kaiserstuhl-Railroad commuting between Breisach and Riegel stops approx. 600m from our Siebter Himmel.
